Description:
The DMPK Dept at TBPH is seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist, laboratory based individual to support fast-paced small molecule drug discovery. Candidates will be experienced with LC-MS bioanalysis and some Pharmacokinetics experience is preferred. The person in this role will be responsible for bioanalysis of in vitro & in vivo samples, performing in vitro screening assays, tuning and method development of TBPH research compounds and associated data processing. They will work with and help maintain state of the art- LC-MS equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bioanalytical sample analysis of samples originating from multiple sources (i.e. DMPK, Pharmacology, Safety Sciences and external in vivo CROs).

Qualifications/Experience:
BSc or MSc with minimally 5 years relevant bioanalytical lab experience; lndustry experience in small molecule therapeutics; Proven track record of scientific achievement in bioanalysis; Skills in GLP/GCP compliant analysis including following SOPs and provision of quality regulatory documents; Experience managing CRO interactions & relationships; Excellent communication & presentation skills
