We offer one of the broadest arrays of immune monitoring solutions in the industry. Our technology platforms include flow cytometry, ELISpot, NanoString, and multiplexed cytokine assessments that can be implemented consistently at scale.

You will participate in flow cytometry projects through assay development, validation, and execution. You will be performing assays according to SOPs, supporting development of new/existing procedures and SOPs.

To support real time clinical sample analysis, you will work Tuesday - Saturday.

How you will make a difference:

  • Perform multi-color (10+ color) flow cytometry primarily, as well as, other immune assays
  • Design and perform experiments, independently and accurately analyze and present data
  • High quality output is essential in all projects
  • Trouble shoot and correct routine scientific issues/problems
  • Identify, update and implement emerging laboratory techniques
  • Maintain and support safe lab practices and environment
  • Work collaboratively with other technical teams in resource sharing and providing technical expertise
  • Monitor Product and Service/R&D related project expenses
  • Act as a scientific resource externally to clients and internally
  • Assist with writing, reviewing and editing contract and grant applications/proposals as appropriate
  • Write and publish papers, abstracts, techniques/or chapters to maintain the scientific standard and image of the company
  • Regularly present completed work at appropriate scientific meetings and in publications


Qualifications/Experience:

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Master’s Degree in life sciences, preferably in Immunology
  • 5 years of relevant laboratory experience

Other Required:

  • Expertise performing flow cytometry assays with both whole blood and isolated cells
  • Proven skills in monitoring cell-mediated immunity through flow cytometry, and other assays including ELISpot, ELISA, MSD, and/or Luminex
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
  • Ability to organize and analyze data, as well as, prepare reports
  • Possess strong computational skills, preferably experienced with Diva, Flowjo and GraphPad Prism,
  • Excellent use of discernment and discretion 
  • Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday schedule. Additionally, extended work hours may be occasionally necessary in order to meet business demands
  • The ability to see and differentiate between colors on the full color spectrum
  • Ability to lift and carry between 1-15 lbs.; frequently required to sit, grasp, and use right/left finger dexterity; May be exposed to a cold freezer environment (Freezer temperatures range between -20ºC -196ºC)
  • Able to read, write, speak fluently and comprehend the English language

Preferred:

  • Ph.D. in life sciences, preferably in immunology, with a minimum of 2 years post-doctoral training, industry experience 
  • A deep understanding of current GLP standards
  • Experience with immune monitoring in clinical trials
